idk much about eye surgeries except that they are very risky. consider only if you cant compensate with big lashes - hopefully you can though coz your uee isnt that bad tbh i see worse irl daily at my school
If you still dont like your eye area then consider a haircut that guides the viewers eye onto your jaw which seems to be your best feature, it will take attention away from the eyes.
