Nice eye color, your facial coloring looks somewhat pale. The hair is really messy and needs styled better. Your face looks quite young and still developing so it's very hard to say how you might turn out later post puberty, whether that is good or bad. It personally descended me but I took horrible care of myself, you have a good base to expand off if you treat your body well during puberty.
