Around mmtn-hmtn some obvious flaws I see your midface is too long your your nose to bulbous lips to narrow you've also got flared ears from what I can see in the close up pic your philtrums to low and chin to short the solutions are for midface philtrum and chin you need a lip lift for the flared ears either an otoplasty or grow you hair out and for lip to nose ratio you can either hop on accutane wich you don't need so you probs won't get it or use hydrocortisone wich will has some pretty noticeable side effects for your lips you can either get ortho skeletal expansion but it will only expand the upper lip by a 1mm or 2 and your nose will expand with it so it'll stay the same if your lucky your lips will expand more than your nose wich will probaly not happend if your unlucky vice versa would happen
