read this trust

U werent planning prob but for peak bone mass dont take any test it could cut your bonemass short and fuse the sutures in skull and height. The facial sutures rely on testosterone peaks at end of puberty to close. (taking test could signal closure limiting further growth) and taking unaturall of anything will not give you optimal results because your body is naturally made to try and maximize bone mass.

all this is searchable btw. Instead follow this diet free of oxalates and the most easy to follow that our grandparents have eaten for ages.

DIET It only consists of

Chicken(with skin, bones, for collagen)
red meat,
fish,
dairy(preferably raw),
eggs
butter
some white rice (not too much because of plant defense chemicals)
Potatoes (great because they are low in plant defense chemicals ) these chemicals btw from veggies lower absorption zinc and other things which will limit natural test and bone growth)
Tomatoes( for vitamin c and lower in plant defense chemicals than most fruits)
some cucumber
Some seasonal fruits ( like apples and pears in the summer is fine better not kiwi or mango because of plant defense chemicals search urself which have minimal oxalates and other ones)

Basically this only and all animal products are fine accept processed meats with nitrates in them.
everything else will lower test indirectly ( less nutrient absorption and whole load of other things)
i got diet tips from @aestheticvillain on instagram i think he has good tips

the trick is to boost your natural test cuz unnatural will limit growth. and gym few days a week.

Now ORTHODONTIC.

Palatal expander with facemask is best bet for forward growth ( maybe mse expander depends on ct scan they do they will say if your palate hasnt fused otherwise the hyrax or other non surgical ones)

DONT ever take braces before 20 it will heavily limit forward growth and bone thickness in face.

CHEW mastic gum this has profound effect of developing face because pressure on facial bones from jaw = bone mass in face and more under eye support. AND because you have natural test this growing window will be open until 20.


U got a good base just implement these. Especially the eat the chicken for collagen in the skin which is good for bone growth.

With this u are set keep it Natural.
 
Also dont wear contact lenses (they contain microplastic hormone disruptors that dont leave the body) and try to limit in contact which soaps dishwash soap thing, washing machine soap things, /unnatural things. ALSO DONT drink caffeine or take adderall they both raise cortisol which decreases test and adderall causes sperm dna damage. LOLLLLL Ive said all good info
also just F plastics dont heat up plastics and dont drink hot beverage from to go cups

I dont own the insta page but it cleared some stuff up for me. But i realised that its all genetics and Fat soluble vitamins is the most important thing for bone growth after that (vitamins in egg meat milk). you cant really do more. And the lucky ppl are the ones that got plenty of fat soluble vitamins during their whole childhood. ( fatty fish steak milk eggs liver )
 
Steroids wont work its all about these vitamins ur body needs to build the bone

Id say ur ltn u need to focus on side profile and it dont look like puberty is ending for u anytime soon so js focus on sleep properly and if ur growth plates are still open at 18 use hgh
