first dye your eyebrows so theyre more visible, hair doesnt matter but its what suits you best, for the skin just go for a sunscreen tanner to fraud yourself without having to tan your skin ( its winter you cant tan) usually it affects the rating by mostly from like mltn to lmtn maximum but its an improvement
