This is gonna be a full guide on how I looksmaxed from literally a sub3 incel retard to mtn in sub 2 years. Before we begin I must clarify that this needs to be done during mid-late puberty, ideally you start 14-15 but I'm confident you could do this at 17 if needs be. I didn't follow this the whole time, I'm confident if you do all of this at the same time you will yield better results on a shorter timeframe.
This is gonna be a full guide on how I looksmaxed from literally a sub3 incel retard to mtn in sub 2 years. Before we begin I must clarify that this needs to be done during mid-late puberty, ideally you start 14-15 but I'm confident you could do this at 17 if needs be. I didn't follow this the whole time, I'm confident if you do all of this at the same time you will yield better results on a shorter timeframe.
This ascension plan consists of:
Braces
Roids
Medications
Supplements
Lifestyle changes
Numerous softmaxes-eyebrows etc
And some more.
If you are not willing to do all you simply don't want it bad enough.
I'm also going to assume you are at my starting point, if you already are using/in the process of these processes keep on doing them.
Immediate Softmaxxes
-Grow hair and get a haircut that suits your face shape,my face looks better and more angular without a haircut with long sides as it makes my face appear more round. If you have a buzzcut you can get a fade every week or two so ur shit doesn't look completely retarded but still keep bulk on the top, no hair off. Grow to desired length, I'm sure there's massive guides on how your haircut fits your face shape, what to ask for etc.
-Dye eyebrows darker and attempt to make them thicker, for this I used a men's beard dye and a eyebrow/lash growth serum, also work on the shape of them, you don't want them looking like they've been shaped so leave abnormalities but if u have a massive unibrow fix that
-Lower bodyfat and build muscle, I will go deeper into this further down when I talk about roids. Strong calorie deficit,-1000 from ur maintenance, 45min cardio-long walk, incline treadmill etc, gym, sauna can help you get rid of water if you have lots of water retention.
-Improve skin quality, I didn't use isotretoin(accutane) or tretinoin (topical isotret). I used an aggressive 2% salicylic acid cleanser and 2%benzoyl peroxide for acne spots, this will dry you out though so get a good moisturiser. To fraud use a tinted spf that matches ur skin tone, this will help if u have redness or scarring but if u have proper cycstic acne id recommend you don't. I also used an antibiotic called doxycycline which kills bacteria in ur body, predominantly on ur face where ur cystic acne is but this can also ruin ur gut microbiome so if you do take doxy you should use a probiotic supplement to mitigate.
-Teeth whitening, body hair/facial hair, body odour, fingernails.
For teeth whitening u can use teeth whitening strips, these can take a while tho so stay persistent.
Body and facial hair is literally basic hygiene- keep everything short, easy, don't have to shave ur legs, arms etc, armpits, beard/neck, pubic hair, snail trail etc, all keep short.
I shouldn't even have to say this but body odour, good fragrance and a good antiperspirant deodorant, roll on is ideal for me, a good rule is that if u can smell urself in terms of body odour then everyone can smell u 10x.
Fingernails are surprisingly important, keep them clean, short and tidy.
-Clothing, charisma and confidence matter more than you think but if ur fat and ugly then these are useless and you should wait until u look better to worry about these
Face Gains, Supplements, Peptides, Roids, Pharmacology
-Bonesmashing, I had a super weak chin and zygos so had to bone smash these, there are full guides on here so I won't get into it
-Braces, despite having 4 teeth out I have still managed to birth a jaw lol, I had a stage 3 overbite, to fix I had braces on both top and bottom alongside rubber bands to protract my mandible (bring forward my lower jaw). For this I wore my rubber bands basically 24/7 and wore 2 at once opposed to one
-Correct body and tongue posture, breathing properly, you should be breathing through ur nose only ofc, tongue should constantly be at the roof of ur mouth and ur back shouldn't be hunched over, just have good posture. Once again, full guides on here, I won't get into it
-Roids, I am currently on 210mg test e/week, this will increase your dimorphism greatly, will help with gym and body composition greatly also. I previously took hgh for 2 months at 6iu/day, I'm already genetically blessed in terms of height (6,3 at 16) so I prefer to use test, much cheaper also and I wish I got on at the start lol. To mitigate sides on test I pin everyday (30mg), this prevents spiking ur e2 (estrogen) and dht (dihydrotestosterone) estrogen is what will give u the majority of sides though-acne, water retention etc.
-Peptides, I previously used hgh but now only use intranasal semax at 750mcg/day and ghk-cu at 2mg a day, ghk-cu is to help with my acne scarring and semax helps with my brain.
-Pharmacueticals/ancillaries-
Tadalafil-10mg/day, gives better pumps and lowers blood pressure due to test
Modafinil when I'm trading/revising-200mg usually around 4x a week
Doxycycline-100mg/day
-Supplements
TBJP vital support as I'm on test and throwing in another compound soon
Dandelion root extract-1-2g daily to reduce water retention
TBJP electrolytes, high dose potassium base electrolyte opposed to sodium, 1200mg potassium:400mg sodium
That's about it, you should be doing the fucking basics though before even reading this, gym, cal deficit, 4L water daily, shits common knowledge. This is what I DID, might not work for some but if u do all softmaxes I said you will look much better I can reassure you.
