Frontal hltn so like 4.75

Side hmtn so like 5.7

You have a negative orbital vector your jaw is way to narrow face is too long, not very much dimo

Test will masculinized your face and hgh may make your jaw slightly fider

For a longer facial width to hair ration you’re gonna want a haircut that is long on the sides and covers your forehead to make your skull look slightly shorter
