Just stick with those 1 capsule daily stick with it for life. Once ur skin is fully cleared u can do a maintenance dose of 1 pill weekly for the rest of your life

So continue my calorie deficit? (Went from 230 to what I am now) Lot of people say I look small but I still carry quite some fat on my stomach area and obviously face area
