Yeah i think most of that is because i am bloated my skin is kinda hanging down so it also makes my eyes and jaw look droopy but i dont know why i have quite the athletic build but still deal with bloating

I dont know why it looks like that in the pictures it was after i woke up normally i dont look that downgrown but saying that i cant get past mtn even though i newly turned 18 is kinda brutal i have seen worse looking people on here getting mtn

yeah im currently trying to do cardio every day walking incline for 30 minutes i can see some progress i also do softmaxes like chintucks for about a month how long do you reckon it takes to see results with them and what else could i do without peptides, etc.
