i am already lean, im a footballer and have a muscular lean body(not overly muscular) but my face was really bloated cause that picture was after 2 consecutive days with parties where I ate a shit ton of sodium and barely drank water,trying to fix my skin rn with some topical antibiotics that are already showing great results
