ur like HLTN to LMTN with the cut i recommend leanmaxxing but i cant rlly see chin or jaw cuz the beard, if u shave it and theyre underdeveloped u can look into surgeries, also from ur pfp u have negative canthal tilt so maybe cat eye surgery or u can redo ur eyebrows to make it look less bad (like stallone)

yea exactly, I'm planning to do a leg surgery actually, but the thing is they can only do safely upto 6 inches and the jump from 5'4 is 5'10 so yea
