Besides the obvious problem, my skin. What surgeries do I need? I don't have the money for that now but in a couple of years.

Yes! rhinoplasty is supposed to make your nose slimmer and more forward grown. I will improve your nose to mouth ratio and make your mouth seem less narrow.

You are better off getting on some clen / some rapid weight loss drug and cutting facial fat off.

You have a good lower frontal third base, so if you lost weight, you could have really good hollows that could hallow you.

It also reduces overall bloat, etc. So you will look better in general. Taking regular shits / Natural laxatives does this for me.

Cooking things in olive oil, etc can increase overall colon health, and increase bowel movements.
