The pose is there to make your jawline more pronounced.
You’re probably jutting and cheek sucking too (giga-over if that’s the case).
Why do I think that? You seem to have a malocclusion before which isn’t fixable with softmaxxing.

Your cheekbones in terms of width is okay, but lacks forward projection hence the under-eyes.
