Had first appointment with Dr. Jacobsen in Zurich a few weeks ago, will have my second appointment next week. I have real medical indications for bimax surgery such as narrow airways and a slight TMJ issue on the left. She also expressed that she would be able to fix the asymmetry of my jaw and maybe mid face, as well as perhaps some augmentation to the eyes.

However she will be asking my for my opinion, and honestly Im not sure exactly what to say honestly, fixing the asymmetry and medical issues would be great but for such an expensive and intense surgery I would really not want to miss out on any aesthetic opportunities, especially since recently I've wanted to get into modeling. Some of the reasons why idk what to do is because I feel like I look different in every photo ever taken of me...

What I'd love is some honest and brutal ratings and areas of improvement and some advice on what to say to her honestly.

Get multiple opinions especially private, literally the only thing u should actually do if u want surgical intervention, get fillers for ur infras and Dont get a rhino lmao
