dye your eyebrows black and use derma stamp with minoxidil but make sure you don't get any on your eye
also your skin isn't the best and you have smile lines
id say use the strongest retinoid you can get your hands on with a moisturizer and a sunscreen
also get a chapstick with a light tint to get better contrast
and style your hair better
and get a little bit of tan
your bone structure is good you have good potential follow these with gymceling you'll be good brah
