im 14 too and my facial width fucking changed in 3 months cuz i went on a protein bulk (i dont work out much btw just bulked for no reason) and i started swallowing and chewing properly learnt the adult swallowing pattern try and maxx out your facial width as much as you can during puberty and it might even make your shitty ipd better
