Jesus there is no scenario where he ends up looking like the right. He could get all the surgeries in the world and it wouldn’t happen. People have to have realistic expectations that don’t involve getting to a point where you in now way resemble your original self. He’s not restoring 20 years of diminished collagen/glow. He can’t significantly change his mouth shape/size like that. Brow ridge reconstruction results aren’t going to get you something nearly as good looking as the right.

A realistic morph would be making him bald, giving him a bimax with better beard stubble, leaning him up a bit, and making him more tan.

Lip fillers will get him to that mouth shape
Reverse brow lift can give him those eyebrows + minox
Rhino can get him to that nose shape
He doesnt need bimax, his maxilla is fine.
He cant get that level of collagen but he can get much better than what he currently has
For the eyes just green contacts will get him to look like the morph
Literally all that is changed is mostly achievable with the right surgeries. Of course he wont look 100% like that but it will be close

Lip fillers absolutely cannot get him that result. How can’t you see that you horizontally expanded his mouth area both vertically and horizontally. You can’t just plump up the lips to reshape/resize the mouth and lips.

You also gave him a perfect nose when almost always nosejobs on guys end up looking worse or just fake/uncanny. Bulbous thick skinned noses are basically near impossible to make look like that.

Show me a reverse brow lift that ended up looking like that. In the after you gave the illusion that his entire brow ridge angle/prominence changed when it wouldn’t give that same appearance if he just moved the brows’ position in real life. Not even close.

And he can’t achieve close to that coloring/collagen level so it’s just important to note that. With the hair, I guess it could be done but he would have to spend a crazy amount of money to get that kind of density back.

The app did the horizontal expansion. Im talking about the shape. He would still look good without that horizontal expansion. Yes you can achieve that shape with fillers

About the noseit could look close to that, or it could not. Its a morph and maybe not all things will be achievable. But thats what would look better on him.

Yes brow lift can do that with the right surgeon

Look I dont think u get it. Wheter he will get close to that or not the morph I made was to give him an idea on the potential he could have. If you think a 100% realistic morph would be better go ahead and make it yourself. The point of my morph wasnt to be 100% realistic. And if you think it should have, I dont care.

As someone suggested green lenses ,I use eye color changer to make eyes green. Didn't help

It seems that the fullness of bones give me the impression that is bigger sideways.
Next step is to make 3d models for better observing the differences. I could be computer program or skin colored clay ,for a more physical approach. That would help alot of guys to realize what is wrong with their face.
Also ,it would help to spot the differences if the skin tone will be identical.

He has cleft lip (harelip) and looks like he has fetal alcohol syndrome. Are you really sure he has success with girls?

What you need asap: hairsystem!, trt, botox and laser treats, filler to under eye/jaw/chin. If you saved enough money, come back and i give you advice for real surgery.

He is very successful.Ive seen with my eyes many times. Girls absolutely love his eyes. He has that look similar with the mystical look of Rasputin.

If the base was good I could achieve something with simple make-up. Unless the good base mean that you are not deformed enough beyonce hope and surgery still can have some positive results.
