Possibly if you lose weight, get thicker eyebrows and eyelashes, you can look quite good

It is nearly impossible to know how you would look after losing all that fat, depends on the features, but i can see some potential

As Dendoni said just lose weight and you will look so so much better, but i think you have good eye area and supraorbitals
