Look, I'm 14 rn so everything i do will help me. If you're past your puberty just go to gym, get lean and sleep well, honestly you'll never go past htn in this case. Bt if you're still in you growth phase I'll recommend doing calisthenics and drinking milk like it's water. 8 eggs mandatory. And get this......bonesmashing works if you're still in your puberty.
