really indulge and get into orthodontics for your own sake, i think mewing is mostly cope but at your age when your skull is still developing it could help you a lot

you remind me A LOT of myself, this was me at 5'10" 135lbs ALSO 4 months into lifting back during October 2021. My advice is to just keep on spamming 3x10 and 5x5 stuff until it stalls, then move on to HIT for each muscle group 1-2x a week, always have 1g/kg protein, good fats, and some but not too many carbs, don't eat 3 hours before sleep blablabla

170lb 6'2" status last month (now 155 bc raw milk poisoning JFL)

Not about him, but overall how the bell curve distribution works. Based on how MTN is 5 and htn 6 it doesnt make sense because htn is 1 in 6 which is top 15% and is way rarer than that. Chadlite on bell curve is 1 in 42 ish which is straight lie. And the average person on the street based on this forums definition isnt MTN
