Yo yo yo,
I'm asking for tipps on how to improve my looks;
I want to softmaxx, it's simply every method gets debunked as cope by everyone always.
Please give me your softmaxx advice as possible hardmaxxes are not realizable at that age. In the future I will probably have my growth plates checked aswell as doings tests regarding my test and shit, therefore I looked into HGH and stuff but I don't know much about those compounds regarding SARMs, Peptides besides HGH and roids.
I'm 16.3 years old, living in Germany, german-kazakh mix.
I'm 1,76m which is roughly 5'8" at 62kg.
I never really worked out, therefore I don't really have a lot of visible muscle mass.
Below you will be able to see my physique in no pump aswell as my face.
I took the pics without pump.
First will be face, after that physique.
Just dumping front profile and the both side profiles in here, pics I took right now in the middle of the day, meaning my average look.
Before looking at my skinnyfat physique, concern of hairloss shall be adressed.
This is my overall hairline.
But here is where my concerns emerge mostly.

Next is physique.
I want to change it, I never worked out before.
I'm just posting it here in regards to stuff like frame and my interest in my genetic potential, aswell as possible improvements.
I will show you my current physique. As named I do not weight too much, I simply stand at a high bodyfat percentage.
I want to create a meal plan and shit but I just don't know whether to go full on primal or eat veggies and rice with chicken or whatever.
Firstly, here is just a normal pic of me standing without any movement.
Secondly here is a pic of me trying to pose or whatever, just to emphasize on the little muscle structure I do have.
Of course legs can not be skipped, so Imma just show my muscle structure there aswell.
When going outside I usually squint my eyes, bite my cheeks and suck in the air, meaning I create a vacuum in my stomach and raise my breast while raising my shoulders.
I'm coping so hard.
