I would appreciate it if you could rate me and help me with few things I am thinking about. I am from balkan so take my ethnicity into consideration. Ignore the unkept hair I am growing it out

I am 200lbs at the moment and 6'8.75", should I drop to 189lbs (shows thats ideal weight) I still have some fat on my back and legs, maybe little bit on my face. I dropped from 265 by extreme calorie deficit cuz I am not a pussy to have 500 calorie deficit and do it over 3 years

Doing minoxidil for beard and brows, should I apply it to hair as well to speed up growth?

Should I hop on a cycle, I had been going to the gym for like 1.5 years but stopped for a year and I am going again now
