Hltn, base isn't too bad honestly, side profile looks good, your biggest flaw is your nose and lips.
I'd definitely gymcel -> leanmaxx to reveal bone (leanmaxx might also slim your nose a tiny bit.) and apply hydrocortisone on the nose to slim it further, only real way to fix the lips properly is surgery though, they're small. (Width wise.)
