i started a skin care routine with exfoliate, face wash, black dot mask, anti pimples, anti imperfections and retinol. i also added swimming as a cardio to my previous mma training and started drinking 3+ l of water (i was only drinking water when i ate lunch and dinner basically), oh, i also ice my face in the morning
