weak under eye support -> structural eye bags and too much sclera show. Can be fixed with canthoplasty and/or some sort of implants tbh. But i dont think you need it necessarily you also have good hooding and no upper eyelid exposure so its not completely over for your eyes.

I dont want to measure rn but IPD looks fine somewhat to narrow but doesnt matter anyway cause cant realistically be fixed anway, esr is overrated anyway but maybe slightly too low and pfl idk right now. Honestly you look pretty good thats all that matters not really worth obsessing about ratios if youre not gonna do surgery anway
