Yes age pill hit me hard, but also wasnt really just age. It was years of mouthbreathing from bad posture, not taking care of my skin, having consistently shit diets, and giving up on working out. Since Ive started my looksmaxing journey again ive seen huge progress and Im doing alot to achieve my prime again and go even further beyond. Will be active on here to maximize my knowledge and ascend further be brutally honest I got thick skin

Since then Ive lost 20lbs from a caloric deficit and eating a healthy natural whole food diet. My body fat % has gone down but I have a ways to go as 10% is my goal. Hair is ear length now

Mouthbreathing, gamer posture and having my mouth open during sleep (i only found out cuz my ex told me) made my mandible recess and hyoid sag like hell. Working on bringing counter clock wise rotation back by hard mewing, wearing a mouthguard for alignment/mewing durring sleep , and mouth tape when I sleep.

Buy mouth tape, its relatively inexpensive if you buy in bulk and from the right supplier. Only downside ive had is chapped lips. I use this stuff called bag balm to calm it, basically a Vaseline

The way you clocked me for alcohol abuse is crazy Ive been sober for 5 months and think im putting alcohol behind me forever. I was never “fat” but deff high body fat %, my highest was 180 most likely 30%bf by my guess (im 6’1)

Alchohol makes the face look bloated. It should go down after a while but it will age you. You will probably have to skincare maxx with Korean creams and micro needling collagen. Idk about that stuff though.

Im well on that, my skincare has been extremely good, exfoliating with dove charcoal + clove, oil cleanse with mugwart oil, nutrigena hydro face wash as a generic wash, then using a japanese milk serum, salmon dna serum, and a generic moisturizer from hims.

My acne has gone away as long as i stay away from trashy fried food, and my pores have tightened up with little to no black heads
