Bro, I don’t think you need Accutane unless your acne is really bad. That stuff is pretty strong and usually a last option.
You could just start with a simple routine. Niacinamide helps control oil and calm your skin, salicylic acid cleans out your pores and helps with blackheads, and azelaic acid is good for both acne and leftover marks.
Just use niacinamide daily, salicylic acid a few times a week, and azelaic acid in the evening on other days. Add a moisturizer and don’t overdo it. For most people, that’s enough without going on something as heavy as Accutane
And you high asf just leave org and enjoy your live

skin, hair, eye area, slight jaw asymmetry, he’s not htn but he’s not hltn either. he’s lmtn-mtn. And yeah that guy underrates everyone so lltn should lowkey be a compliment coming from them
