For nose maybe look into a rhinoplasty, it’s not too much of a problem it just droops a little bit too much, and for lips you can look into some methods to make them laterally wider, or just get lip filler, also you could wear coloured contacts to make your eye area pop all of these combined could push you close to chadlite

try some longer styled hairs the current is not so bad just makes you look like a wanna be youngster, eye area is not that shit the size and shape is catching (nor in a negativ or positve way), looks more like Eduard Badaluta than a Rami Malik kind of eyes

From Italy, thanks for advice, i agree i look too much like a youngster i need a more mature look but it's hard with my appearance i don't know what to do.. Ofc change hairstyle but i don't know what else.

Depends, if you see his other post, from the angle below you can see the eyes protrude too much, but frontal view it’s not noticeable. That’s I’d say is the “main flaw”, not that you can fix it, like it’s a night and day difference from the picture in the other post. But in the picture here from a more normal angle I don’t think they disturb it much, it goes well with the slight mustache too
