The lighting makes it hard to rate, but I would rate you MTN.
Try posting in varied lighting, because this lowly illuminating backlighting leave much up to the imagination.
The chin, is something I think to focus on.

Doubt it makes a big difference, my undereye is horrible and I just got on tret so I see, but it's mostly a case of lack of fat/recessed infras in case of bad tear troughs, urs looks more like dark eyes from sleep tho, but also some tear trough ig.

Will soon, its cheap anyway, might be cope but if it works it will help me alot, my main fixable falios are thin lips and bad undereye
