Prob biggest ascension was accutane.
it just changes your facial tissue and skin texture.
Made my nose smaller.

Mewing I’m 50/50 if it even did anything.
Took MK677, growth hormone secretagogue, and bone smashed zygote while on it and my zygos grew. Could have been mk677 or the latter.

Working out probably hormone potentialised too.
