Big ass nose (rhinoplasty)
Under eye (Fat grafting or infraorbital implants. Depending on wether your lacking fat or bone)

Strengths; good zygos and gonial angle.

Honestly, you are an ideal patient for the DBS. You'll ascend greatly.
