Oh , thanks but I'm thinking when I'll get the surgeries, I should start from you know least risk and good ROI . So , how about month widening because my mouth to nose ratio is fucking and it's less risk to get it done and medius canthas surgery with growing my inner eyebrows, lashes and growing out my side hair will that good to try to it's useless ?

Im assuming the first photo looks off due to lighting/angles becaue your eyes look very spaced

I would put you at lmtn due to good skin and quite good dimo

Your eye area holds you back, however you are in india so youre chilling

can use hydrocortisone to shrink nose but ur nose looks proportional to ur face so idk if itd help
3rd photo i can see some acne scarring

so you could use retinol or tretinoin (these do have purge phases though)
forgot to mention ur side profile is very good

You can do all of that but you need surgery for it and it is minimal improvement
