Colouring and messy hairstyle are good
Use azelaic acid 20% and niacinamide 10% + zinc 1% and start consuming
Astaxanthin 8mg
Lycopene 20mg
Vit c 1500mg
Msm 6g
Grass fed collagen 15g
25000IU beta carotene
100μG D3 + 100μg K2
30mg zinc picolinate
10g creatine monohydrate
400mg magnesium bisglycinate
5g glycine + 1g NAC
1g oral minoxidil
Will ascent you HARD
