You have MID chad potential already. Grow your eyebrows longer and thicker with minox and a derma roller grow a thicker neck at the gym. Get a soft curly hair hairstyle similar to Simon ness man. You can reset your skin using hydrocortisone just apply it on your nose daily.

You really need to use quality hair products because this is really ruining your look, and take more cold showers and rinse your face with cold water to help with skin issues, it's not a solution but it does improve things a little.
