get contacts insta + sleep with mouth-tape and use correct tongue posture to give a little growth in your development. Overall lltn but great potential.

Im in the process of getting them already so cool, but do i rly need mouthtape? Ive always been a nose breather and my tongue is at the top of my mouth when its closed even subconsciously. Ill try it out though cheers
