No not even close, it can help a little bit tho, botox will help even more tho as a good cope u till youre able to get alar, very cheap in euro tho, sub 2k from what ive seen and short recovery, im getting that shit

Your right but lefort 3 would be used in major reccesion and skull deformations. lefort 2 is a better option

I think lefort 2 should be perfect. Because a reccesed maxilla can fuck up your entire facial structure making you think you have other flaws.

ur front profile the thing i can see is ur jaw is a bit too narrow and ur lips are slightly too uneven and ur eyes are just a bit too close together which is fine better then too far apart tbh and ur lower third is slightly too short and ur mouth is just a bit narrow but you have a perfect canthal tilt and a facial width to height ratio and ur midface is perfect too and ur chin to philtrum is also perfect just grow out ur hair and ur eyelashes seem pretty short so get sum castor oil or a lash growth serum (some can be a scam) or minoxidl or oral minoxdil or get an eyelash curler

It’s realistically un-savable, you will almost certainly never get lefort 2 or 3. Osteotomy’s could improve it, but likely never bring it to a level that is average. The highest roi for you would indeed be a lefort, but just be realistic with the expectations.
