do u know ur bf %?

debloating wont do anything if ur above 15% bf

my method is to drink a shit ton of water. i mean as much as humanly possible. be sure to get some electrolytes tho bc if you completely deplete your electrolytes there will be rebound bloat and cause harmful side effects. consume more potassium as well.

for the short term icing your face and using a gua sha/lymphatic drainage massages also helps.
