I would say try to chew harder foods, and eat 100% whole foods as well as going to the gym. that's probably the best you can do unless you want to take test or hardmaxx bc there isn't too much immediate fixes out there. A quick softmaxx for your face in general as well would be to grow out your sides a bit more but don't fret too much bro, you're a good looking dude.
