. ur 6,0 at 18 which is already bad. the only thing you should focus on is a natural calorie deficit and have a good pin cycle. you have almost no prominent features which is a bad sign.

What if you’re like 6’6 or above since height is important what’s the minimum face rate you need 1-10 to slay

a 4,50 or 5 is what girls would call overall "average" a 6 is around highly attractive, but if ur talking about slay its way different as everyone has their own opinion on how one looks on here
