There is possibly a procedure for this but this is the most cost effective way.

Just make sure your hitting the right bone or you gonna break your face.

U don't want to shatter them, u want to weak them so the face relaxes a bit giving a longer and more balanced face.

How i can improve skin quality? I do combined facial cleansing recently, it doesnt help.

Retin-A neds to be in you stack. Probably 0.05% i good enough for you, maybe even 0.0025% is good enough.

For the rest moisterizer. and skin tone evening stuff. like nocitinmaide or zomething

I don't believe most people put plastic in their faces and cut their jaw and maxilas in half tbh. Go for it if you like but I don't believe surgeries can increase your overal appeal . But that's just me

Ears need otoplasty
Lips could be wider
Hairline could be lower as it makes your jaw look incredibly short

Mainly lower third being too short compared to your others
Rhinoplasty would make your nose slightly more prominent but more slender almost if that makes sense because your nose bridge is too shallow but the tip is too large

Your face isn't short trust me just looking at that image.

Your main issue with "babyface" isn't a matter of leanness or definition as we can see your cheekbones and jaw, but instead is to do with your lower third being too short compared to the rest of your face.

i dunno why. but alot of beaticians are copers, because they aim to sell high priced cope shit to make more profits, maybe.
It's seen as medication, in many places. So maybe that's why they don't recomend, because they are not allowed to prescribe it.

Anyways. when on tretinion. 1. use limited amount of it (1 big pea siez for whole face and nech = enough). 2. moisterize well and good amounts (to to not dry flake). and protect well, with suncreen daily always, every day. also if sun don't shine.

so any surgery advice, will be easily wrong or cope or false.
the ears dow sem to me, like a limited/small downside in your appearance. actually. hair covering might work. . I dunno for sure, but the ears appear low set also. looking at this pic below, probably not, your ears on good height psoition

In simple terms a lefort two would not produce an extreme overbite whilst also being incredibly invasive where they have to break bones in the orbital malar bone and pull that forward.

It would not fix a single issue you have with your face.

The main overall suggestion would be hairline lowering and then maintain your hair so as to make sure it does not recede. The other suggestions align with some version of a genioplasty, chin wing or wraparound jaw implant.

Those last ones are speculative though
