if you do it will help so much im not one to suggest hard maxxes cuz no one wants to get surgery done but in this case its almost needed try the hydrocortisone tho

get rhino and otoplasty or js dont keep ur hair like in the first pic and cover ur ears like in the others stay clean shaven and clean up eyebrows
