Get off antipsychotics if you can. No offense, but they will ruin you.

Ditch the glasses. Get stronger, darker and thicker eyebrows. Consider a fat graft for a better brow ridge. Consider a lip lift for better lips, maybe fillers. Grow your hair out, it looks real weird atm.
