Try faded twists/braids.

Face:
Get a skin routine going. I won’t recommend any actives as you’re still young with okay skin.
Sunscreen lotion(every day without fail)
Vitamin C(before sunscreen in the morning)
Retinol(Before bed)
Wash your face twice a day with something gentle.
If your acne does not improve over time then try an over the counter azelaic acid.

Eyes:
I am going to make a long post about eye care for dark skinned people. Long story short wear sunglasses everyday when outside. Pigment in our skin leaks into our eyes, as the sun hits our eyes they yellow over time. If you pay attention you’ll notice black people always have a degree yellowing of eye whites. Worse in those from hot countries were they spend a lot of time outdoors.(just google images “African children”) you can get a nice pair of glasses that transition to UV so they just look like normal glasses when there’s no UV. Some great glass frames out there to suit any face.

Gym:
Start gyming NOW. Your are skinny. Plenty of great resources out there.

You’re young but with a few years of lean muscle, age, faded twists you’ll be tyronelite I think.
