yes thats often the GO TO to grow masseters but just be careful from excessive loading because it can cause TMJ issues, also if u have a misalligned bite it can make it worse and lead to facial asasymetry as ur muscles tighten in ur face, be sure to keep equal loading on oth sides and alternate aswell as paying attention to any signs such as join pain or exessive pain in one side of ur jaw and temporalis hypertrophy which can make ur upper head wider , leading to peanut skull appeearance, its ovten bst that the temporal to masseter ratio is not too large on the upper side and is balaned - tTLDR its good but has potential to destory ur entire bit aligement and harmony ratios so use with care and focus more on eating harder foods like red meat as a more balanced alternative

How can i get mandibular growth tho?

"During puberty, before bones have fused, mandibular growth can be optimized through mechanical loading. Consistently chewing hard, fibrous foods utilizes Wolff’s Law, stimulating the jawbone to adapt and strengthen in response to increased masticatory force. This is often paired with 'mewing'—maintaining proper tongue posture against the palate—to support the maxilla and potentially encourage more forward facial development, though scientific evidence for skeletal remodeling from tongue posture alone remains limited. While forward growth is bone-dependent, increasing lateral mandibular width is primarily achieved through masseter hypertrophy, where targeted loading causes the chewing muscles to bulk, creating a broader, more squared appearance
