ik this im going to the gym doing lots of cardio and im on a strict calorie defecit and cardio everyday 10k steps minimum

Dont do strict cal def its gonna fuck you up because you are still growing. Just outlook your calories or do a lot of exercise u can even play sports like football to get it out of you

i dont track calories but im eating less food im still getting 140 grams of protein per day and nutrients
