Combine calisthenics (you can go to a local park for this) with a diet consisting of mainly protein, small amounts of oil, and small amounts of carbs and starches, you shouldn't think of eating much rice. Make sure you don't eat processed stuff outside of absolute necessity. Also if you have nothing to do for 30 min then sprint, it increases gh production and leads to a toned body if done regularly, walking is basic but helps but never jog since it eats up muscle over time.Really?
