What can I do to improve

Good skull, good base for surgerymaxxing. Your main issue is eye area, I think OBO+tripod+Blepharoplasty+canthoplasty
could fix. Giant(Giant.Implants on insta) has a method to perform OBO without exposing the brain(craniotomy), so you should talk to him. In the meantime softmaxx eyebrows with dermarolling/ microneedling and tint them a darker color. Try volufiline+ ice hooding (although this may be cope).

Robust bone structure and a good base. Needs some coloring softmaxxing. Tan + color your hair and eyebrows dark and you'll be easly HTN/chadlite.
Literally the only reason you look uncanny is the ginger milk boy curse. The ease with which you can ascend from a 5/10 to a 7.5/10 is insane. Dew it, get off the forum and slay.
