If this is actually you OP then you have a decent base. For 26 you still have rather good skin and could fool me for being a bit younger than that. Face already has some definition from wide cheekbones, wide jaw, and even a wide mouth with full lips. Nose appears straight with little asymmetries. Just shave off that rat facial hair, ditch the glasses, get a better cut, dye your brows, your lashes look a little long but a bit droopy so curling them could help bring em' out.

You look like a reddit crackhead but only through negligence. Pick up some better habits, clean up a little and you will for sure look better
