If i normie 4 PSL how i can reach 6-7 PSL?
What is my potential?
Which kit of surgeries i need?

I think my failo is: height, ears, jaw, maxilla, nose and eyes.

Skin care maxxing.
Also i used HGH, MK677 for height it hardly helped.

Face. Now PLS 4+ orso. Potential face to go to PSL5 I think. Acne pill hits again.

Body. it looks 30 percentile orso. kinda short, and low muscle musle, and not much frame. Your body shape is better than fatties, but it''s to frail imo.

Overall face + body combo now. Average at best.

Would advice to pack soe sorts of muscles in futire

To get 6 PSL faicaly. I think its help.
Lefort I will elongate my face (midface) and my forehead won’t seem big anymore.
And i have a small jaw, i add wraparound implant and cheekbones to get more expressive jaw, also this can help to fix short face problem.
Nose job if its failo, eyes jobe (temporal
lift, blepharoplasty as tell me moscow surgeon dont help me).

And also i can get eye contact OR can get surgery for change eye color.

Get nasal bridge augmentation + hairline lowering and MAYBE infraorbital rim implants, you don't need LeFort or BSSO lol.
