You know what really kills me let's say you get all this surgery stuff and end up looking 9/10 but when you pass your genes the off spring will be ugly any way so it's pointless no. It's like fake validation you didn't earn you simply paid for it.

They're okay in moderation but there's literally nothing beneficial about them apart from maybe blunting your appetite. So drink one if you need to blunt your hunger and you feel that works for you. They're really sweet though so I wouldn't over-do it. Eat a tin of tuna instead

What's your diet? I bulked up then cut successfully and have been maintaining my physique. Currently my diet is keto, I try to keep my carbs below 20g. I'm just curious to see what a pro bb eats daily. I truley believe humans were meant to eat fats/meat and grains will fuck up your skin & rot your teeth.
